Laura Van Roo, DC, DACCP

Laura A. Van Roo, D.C. had her first experience with chiropractic as a toddler. Because she was severely affected by seasonal allergies, her parents sought the care of a local chiropractor. After receiving a series of chiropractic adjustments, her condition improved enough that she no longer needed allergy medicines or treatments. Regular adjustments have helped keep her healthy for the remainder of her life thus far. Because of her personal experience with chiropractic and healing, she has been motivated to help others in the same way.

Dr. Van Roo completed her undergraduate education at Wartburg College in Waverly, IA and her bachelor of science and doctor of chiropractic degrees at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She is currently in a successful family chiropractic practice with her husband at Allied Health Chiropractic in Janesville, Wisconsin. They have been at this location since March of 2002.

Dr. Van Roo has particular focus on perinatal chiropractic and provides care for many women, pregnant women, infants and children. She is active in community lectures and activities, and has given talks for the local MOPS organization, LaLeche League, Mom's Club, and area middle and high schools. She has also organized and conducted seminars for the Janesville community on the topics of pregnancy, infancy, childhood and chiropractic.

In her free time Dr. Van Roo enjoys visiting family and friends, reading, playing the piano, and being outdoors. Dr. Van Roo and her husband reside in Janesville with their two Jack Russel terriers, Bailey and Wyatt.
